For Whom?
In principle, a jumping session at Jump XL is accessible to everyone. Whether you’re looking for a fun and active outing with children, a family activity, a pleasant time with friends, or perhaps even an unusual meeting place, Jump XL has the answer!
Jumping is a physically demanding and intense activity. It is prohibited for people with health conditions that could lead to injury (either to themselves or others). For example, jumping on trampolines is prohibited for pregnant women. Jump XL offers professional trampolines that are suitable for people weighing up to 120 kg.
To jump alone, you must be at least 6 years old (average height of 1.20 meters). If a child is under 6 years old, an adult 18 years or older must accompany the child during the jumping session.
safety first!

Jumping on trampolines is FUN, as long as it’s done safely to limit the risk of injury. To prevent accidents without ruining the fun of trampolining, we’ve set up some rules that everyone must follow.
Your task :
Read and understand the park rules, and follow the directions of the Jump XL team. The team will also explain the risks of injuries that could occur.
Safety:
When you jump in a Jump XL park, you’re at very little risk. According to our ongoing internal safety and incident calculations, our safety score exceeds 99.4%. This means the risk of injury is minimal. The safety of our visitors is always guaranteed by the proper supervision of our professional and well-trained animators. All our visitors also receive mandatory safety instructions from them, who then ensure that safety instructions are followed by all jumpers in the trampoline park. However, we cannot eliminate all risks. All sports or play activities always carry a small risk of injury or incident. All our staff undergo mandatory emergency training and first aid training: this ensures the safety of our jumpers if they are involved in an incident despite everything.
Rules and Regulations
In our trampoline parks, you jump at your own risk. We expect you to follow our guidelines and safety rules. This information is clearly communicated when you book online, when you enter a Jump XL location, and before you enter the trampoline park. You’ll find it on signs and TV screens. The rules are meant to ensure your safety and that of others. Below, we’ve listed them for you.
Before Jumping :
- Watch the video and/or read the safety instructions carefully.
- Jumping is prohibited for people with health problems, people weighing more than 120 kg, and pregnant women.
- Jumping is only allowed for those wearing anti-slip socks (Jump socks).
- Wear appropriate (sports) clothing, remove jewelry and belts, and empty your pants pockets. Don’t bring hard or sharp objects onto the trampolines, store them in a safe place.
- It is prohibited to jump under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
General Safety Rules in the Trampoline Park :
- Always follow the instructions and directions of our staff.
- Jump and land safely on both feet with bent knees, on your buttocks or back.
- Only one person per trampoline.
- Jump as much as possible in the center of the trampoline, and don’t land on the sides (protective mats).
- Keep an eye on the other jumpers. Perform acrobatics only if there’s enough space.
- Do not jump from one trampoline to another. You might land on the protective mat and hurt yourself.
- If you fall, try to keep your arms close to your body and your chin tucked to your chest. This will avoid injuries to your arms, shoulders, and neck.
- Running, pushing, or playing tag is prohibited.
Physical contact with other jumpers is not allowed. - You can rest outside the trampoline park, but not on the trampolines.
- Do not climb over fences or nets.
Safety Rules for Certain Areas or Attractions :
- The long trampoline (Trumbling Line) always has priority access. If you want to cross it, make sure no one else is approaching.
- Do not perform acrobatics such as a somersault into the foam pit or the BigAirBag, and do not dive into it: always aim to land on your buttocks or back.
- Do not jump into the foam pit or onto the BigAirBag if the person before you is still in it.
- Once you’ve safely landed in the foam pit or on the BigAirBag, exit as quickly as possible to make room for the next jumper.
- Do not throw the foam blocks. Slam Dunk balls are meant to be thrown and cannot be used to play soccer.
- Do not hang on the Slam Dunk hoops for more than one second.
